CURRENT LICENSES AND JURISDICTIONS

We are licensed and insured and approach all projects knowing it is our name on the work. 

With our ICC F11 accreditation, we are able to get general contracting licensing in nearly any jurisdiction  at Class A or B level. We are happy to take on any of your commercial or residential work between Lakewood and Longmont, including Denver and Boulder. 

Class B allows us to serve as a general contractor on any project excluding what the ICC (International Code Council) classifies as a "High Rise", while class A is unlimited. 

When the work requires a permit by the local and state jurisdictions, we always pull the permit. While permitting takes extra time, effort and cost, our name is on our work and this is the right way to do it when required by the scope.
