Keystone Construction, LLC is a Denver-based construction management company that serves the Northern Front Range
Our mission is to deliver your project on time, safely, and within budget. We are fully licensed and insured.
We realize that construction is a relationship-based business and act accordingly with all project stakeholders- trade partners, clients, and AHJ's. We aim to leave all parties wanting their next construction project to be done with us.
With all construction projects, safety, cost, and schedule need to be balanced. We don't compromise the safety of ourselves or our trade partners, and manage project schedules and costs through careful planning, preparation and expertise.
Meet the Owner
Sean Williams is a Colorado native who has a passion for building. After over a decade of large scale commercial construction and work in operational Mission Critical facilities, he started his own company. With projects ranging from simple renovations to $800m hotels, Sean has extensive knowledge of construction.
He is proud to have been a part of the following notable projects:
- Mission Ballroom in RINO
- Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center
- RTD Civic Center renovation
- Coors Field off-season work
- Denver Metro Par 1085
- Various confidential Mission Critical and commercial buildings throughout the US
As a graduate of Colorado State University, Sean holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Management and Spanish, and has passed the ICC F11 exam, the highest standard for licensed general contracting.
When not on the job, Sean enjoys spending time hiking, riding his motorcycle, and woodworking.
