We aim to deliver streamlined and straightforward solutions for your small-scale commercial needs.  We are licensed at Class A and Class B throughout the greater Denver metro area, and carry the International Code Council's highest General Contractor certification at F11. Along with a number of other certifications and technical competencies like CPM scheduling, LEED GA, OSHA 30, etc. We also know at its core, building gets done by people and prioritize making sure our trade partners' goals are aligned with our clients. 

• New and upgraded office space tenant improvements
• Any work from planning to demolition, all the way through office furniture, punch list and correct closeout
• Mechanical, electrical/LV, plumbing, and fire alarm and fire sprinkler upgrades. We can assist with coordination of any MEPF upgrades or repairs needed. 

• Restaurant fit outs- moving in to a new space? We can help coordinate the work from start to finish. New businesses get the new business discount- we'd love to help get a new business up and going.
• Having completed rooftop bars and upscale restaurants, we've found that they are a lot of fun to build.
• We know how to coordinate MEP and fire alarm/fire suppression for your food service equipment to ensure you get up and running on time.

• Flood damage in a hotel? We can help put it back together correctly. 
• Large scale HVAC or electrical upgrades? We can coordinate crane picks for your RTU replacements at busy operational facilities. 
• Structural concrete or aesthetic repairs? We'll make sure work is done to satisfy all project needs.
